- Reverse hip adductions: Keeping her back straight throughout the movement, Andrea prioritizes mind-muscle connection in this exercise.
- Single-leg presses: When doing single-leg presses, Andrea goes slow and tries to achieve the ‘burn’ by doing high reps.
- Machine kickbacks: With machine kickbacks for glutes, Andrea uses her back heels to push the weight up. This puts more pressure on her glutes.
