What is a Recovery Week?

During this week, you have two options: You can switch the gym for activities like walking, cycling, etc., or you can reduce the intensity and volume of your workouts by half. This allows your body to recover optimally and be ready for new challenges.
Recovery Week: When to Do It?
Let’s identify when you might need it:
1.Excessive Fatigue Build-Up:
If you find that you’re not recovering as quickly as before, it’s a clear sign that your body needs a break. Excessive fatigue can impact your performance and increase the risk of injuries.

If you’ve hit a plateau in your workouts and can no longer increase weights or improve your marks, it’s time to consider a recovery week. Adequate rest can reignite your progress.
